Jim Beam BBQ Classic Competition this weekend!Blues Music (2 bands) and BBQ from 25 teams from all over the US – including the #8 team in the Country (from TX, no surprise) this weekend in Springfield. As you all may already know (Facebook, our Site, Fan Page, etc, etc), we will be in Springfield at the Jim Beam Classic BBQ Competition this weekend vying for a $7,000 purse. Friday evening will be Blues Bands (to the public) and BBQ for close friends at our tent (food not open to the public as planned – expecting too many people 10k give or take). Hunter, Bob and Brad will be pulling all nighters this weekend, so right after that, Big Braddy-Daddy and his Merry Posse will be packing up and heading to The Hill to crash (up a couple nights cooking).
