What am I thinking?the alarm goes off at 3:30, my wife rubs my head for a minute (yes, I have the best wife) and she says, “time to make the doughnuts”. Remember that commercial for Dunkin Donuts? Tiddlywinks, that is early. Well I had 175 kids and parents coming at noon – and hungry no doubt, so up and out I went. FYI – that is a lot of pork butt.
BTW – did you know the “butt” actually comes from the shoulder? good thing, eh? |
